Smart Grey Cup (Without Tellurium)

Tellurium-free thermal analysis cup designed to show how carbon precipitates as graphite. The cooling curve of the grey sample allows estimation of properties of unalloyed cast iron, such as tensile strength, Brinell hardness and type of microstructure. It also serves to measure eutectic cell count and the inoculation factor.
