DL OG11 Single-Stage Compressor

System designed to study the operating characteristics of a single-stage reciprocating volumetric compressor and its application ranges. It works together with supervisory software installed on a desktop computer, connected via a USB 2.0 cable, that monitors 12 types of parameters (angle, pressure, flow, among others) and logs historical data with graphs. Possible experiments include determining the compression ratio, measuring efficiency, the Q-p characteristic at variable rpm, pressure-loss and the PV cycle. It includes instruments for measuring flow rate, rotational speed, torque and pressure, and is also set up for current and voltage measurement.
