DigiRock DR4 Digital Touchscreen Rockwell Hardness Tester

The DigiRock DR4 is a semi-automatic Rockwell hardness tester: only the initial load is applied and the force knob switched by hand, with the rest of the cycle running automatically. Its color touchscreen shows load force, indenter type, dwell time and conversion scale, while motorized loading, dwell and unloading eliminate operator error. A built-in microprocessor automatically computes maximum, minimum, mean and deviation with 0.1 HR resolution, and automatically converts hardness to other scales. It stores 2,000 individual results and 1,000 group results for review and analysis, with an optional Bluetooth printer.

The SMT-1100 is a minimally invasive, high-performance mechanical testing instrument based on energy-density equivalence theory, complying with GB/T 37782-2019 (indentation testing of metallic materials — determination of strength, hardness and stress-strain curve), GB/T 228.1 and other standards. A single, minimally invasive indentation yields multiple mechanical indicators: hardness on several scales, strength, elastic modulus and the stress-strain relationship. GP-2BS Advanced Metallographic Polisher

Dual-disc metallographic grinder/polisher with a high-power motor and a touchscreen for easily setting grinding and polishing parameters. Unlike the single-motor GP-2B, the GP-2BS uses two independent 1 kW motors delivering high, constant torque at both fast and slow speeds, across a wide 5–1000 RPM range (1500 RPM maximum). The platen spins up and stops quickly (within 2 seconds), and automatically saves speed, grinding time, rotation direction and other parameters for reuse. It offers a four-speed manual mode, an automatic water-valve opening exclusive to the GP-2BS, 64 automatic operations (versus 9 on the GP-2B), and 12 polishing processes for common materials, also exclusive to the GP-2BS.
IWS-200 Horizontal Instant Measurement Vision System

Wide-field vision measurement system with flash, high accuracy and automation. Telecentric imaging and smart image-processing software work together: the part is placed within the effective measuring range and, at the press of a button, every two-dimensional measurement is exported automatically once the instantaneous test completes. It uses sub-pixel edge-detection algorithms, automatic removal of burrs and outlier points, and least-squares regression. It measures without moving the test platform, automatically remembers the sample's shape and orientation, and supports batch measurement by automatically identifying multiple parts.
