Two-box thermal shock chamber used to evaluate how well materials or composites withstand extreme high and low temperatures in a continuous cycle, studying the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction in the shortest possible time. Applicable to metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials as a baseline or reference for product improvement. The vertical movement of the test frame quickly transfers the sample to the test area, minimizing the thermal load of the cold-hot shock and shortening the temperature-recovery time. It offers touchscreen operation, programming and fault detection, and an RS-485 communication interface for monitoring and logging over a local network with a computer.
