GP-2BS Advanced Metallographic Polisher

Dual-disc metallographic grinder/polisher with a high-power motor and a touchscreen for easily setting grinding and polishing parameters. Unlike the single-motor GP-2B, the GP-2BS uses two independent 1 kW motors delivering high, constant torque at both fast and slow speeds, across a wide 5–1000 RPM range (1500 RPM maximum). The platen spins up and stops quickly (within 2 seconds), and automatically saves speed, grinding time, rotation direction and other parameters for reuse. It offers a four-speed manual mode, an automatic water-valve opening exclusive to the GP-2BS, 64 automatic operations (versus 9 on the GP-2B), and 12 polishing processes for common materials, also exclusive to the GP-2BS.
