SGT60 Gloss Meter
SKU sadt-SGT60
The SADT SGT60 gloss meter is one of the smallest in the world. It is used to measure the gloss level of paints, coatings, plastics and metal surfaces.

SC80 Precision Colorimeter
SKU sadt-SC80
The SC80 is a precision colorimeter used mainly in plastics, paint, design, coatings, textile, and printing and dyeing industries, for color analysis and control. It features a 2.4-inch color display, 3 selectable light sources, SCI/SCE mode switching with metamerism analysis, tolerance setting with automatic color-difference judgment, professional color-analysis software, and optional data output to a mini printer.

SUD10 Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
SKU sadt-SUD10
The SUD10 is a digital ultrasonic flaw detector with automatic zero-point and transducer-velocity calibration, automatic gain with peak hold and memory, automatic flaw location, storage for up to 300 A-scans and 30,000 thickness readings, a B-scan function, an RS232 port for PC communication, a lithium battery good for up to 8 hours of continuous work, and PC software with data export to Excel.

HBS-3000 Digital Bench Brinell Hardness Tester
SKU sadt-HBS-3000
The HBS-3000 is a new-generation, technologically advanced digital Brinell hardness tester used to determine Brinell hardness in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It uses automatic electronic loading, software-based programming, high-power optical measurement, a photosensor and other systems. Every operating step and the test result are shown on a large LCD screen and can be printed, making it suitable for manufacturing companies, universities and research institutes alike.

HARTIP 2500 Portable Hardness Tester
SKU sadt-HARTIP2500
The HARTIP 2500 is an evolution of the traditional Leeb hardness tester, based on SADT's patented internal probe technology. Every probe that works with the HARTIP 2500 is a modular digital probe, giving a more accurate hardness reading. The HARTIP 2500 can also work with an optional wireless probe and the new RP reading probe.

HT-225A Concrete Rebound Hammer
SKU sadt-HT-225A
The concrete rebound hammer (sclerometer) transmits the impact of a hammer to the concrete surface through a set elastic force; part of the initial kinetic energy is absorbed as plastic or residual deformation of the concrete, while another part, proportional to the surface hardness, is transmitted back to the hammer, making it rebound to a certain height. Concrete strength is derived from the proportional relationship between rebound height and concrete strength. It is economical, simple in construction, easy to calibrate, maintain and repair, and portable. The HT-225A is used to measure the strength of normal concrete elements (slabs, beams, columns, trusses) in buildings and bridges.

QNix 4200/4500 Coating Thickness Gauge
SKU sadt-QNIX-4200-4500
The QNix 4200 and QNix 4500 are built to meet the requirements of automotive paint applications and other industries. The QNix 4500 measures on all metals with a simple ferrous/non-ferrous mode switch; the QNix 4200 is designed for users who only measure on steel or iron. Both use proven Hall-sensor technology (plus eddy-current for the QNix 4500), offer one-handed operation for every application, have integrated sensors with no cables or connectors, automatic on/off, a display in microns or mils, and an audible signal confirming the measurement.

SA40+ Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
SKU sadt-SA40-PLUS
The SA40+ is a microprocessor-controlled thickness gauge based on the ultrasonic measurement principle, capable of measuring both the thickness and acoustic velocity of a variety of materials by ultrasound. It is designed to measure the thickness of plain metal materials as well as coated metal materials.

EMT220 Vibration Meter
SKU sadt-EMT220
The EMT220 measures vibration displacement, velocity and acceleration with an integral annular-shear accelerometer transducer (or a separate one with a built-in charge amplifier), and can include a temperature-measurement function with a type-K thermocouple. It includes an RMS-value detector, and the vibration/temperature reading can be held on screen after releasing the measurement key, with automatic shutoff after one minute of inactivity.

SM3 Portable Metallurgical Microscope
SKU sadt-SM3
The SM3 is a portable metallurgical microscope with a special magnetic base that holds the unit firmly on the workpiece. It is suitable for large-scale roller inspection and direct observation, with no cutting or sampling required. It has uniform-color-temperature LED illumination with no heat buildup, a forward/backward and left/right travel mechanism on the main body to adjust the inspection point, and a digital-camera connection for direct observation and recording on a PC.

SR220 Surface Roughness Tester
SKU sadt-SR220
The SR220 is a portable surface roughness tester, a small handheld instrument with a large display, high accuracy and multiple parameters, used in labs, inspection areas or wherever on-site roughness testing is needed. Measurement data can be exported to a PC or mini printer. It measures 28 parameters (Ra, Rq, Rz, Rt, Rp, Rv, RSm and others), has a high-accuracy inductive probe with a 320 µm range, four filtering methods (RC, PC-RC, GAUSS, D-P), compliance with ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS standards, and a 2.7-inch OLED dot-matrix display.
