Stand-alone handheld instrument that measures the thickness of uncured powder coatings using airborne ultrasound, without touching the powder, to predict the cured thickness. It is fast enough for moving lines and swinging parts, and stores readings with on-screen averaging. It complies with ASTM D7378.
