Wall-mountable temperature measuring instrument for molten metal. Smart Port is a line of immersion-type temperature measuring equipment for molten metals, built around dedicated electronic hardware and SMART LOGIC software that automatically corrects errors from the loss/aging of electronic components. It uses plateau-detection technology for accurate readings, focusing on the sensor's steady-state response while ignoring transient signals, and displays only valid temperatures with error messages for inconsistent readings. The Smart Port M4 model has a 4-digit display with 4-inch-tall digits. Separate models are available for ferrous and non-ferrous metal temperature measurement.
