Baincut Large Plus Auto Abrasive Cut-Off Machine

The largest-capacity model in the Baincut line, for metallographic sectioning of parts larger than Baincut Medium or Baincut LSS cover. Sliding-cabin construction, three-axis movement and a PLC panel with graphical touchscreen; pulse cutting to avoid burning the specimen.

Cutting capacity up to 60 mm diameter, 3 HP three-phase motor, 2800 rpm spindle speed, "Z"-motion automatic cutting action, a large drain for coolant recirculation, and a T-slot table with cam screw. Built for cutting and sectioning with minimal metallurgical alteration during sample preparation.

Double Automatic Hydraulic Mounting Press

Temperature, heating time, mounting pressure, cooling time, piston up/down movement and cycle start are all set and controlled from the touchscreen panel. Modern metallography practice now calls for variable heating, cooling and high pressure during mounting to achieve improved results such as high mold hardness and edge retention. The press stores up to 25 preset mounting-parameter programs.
