DWM-3G Multi-functional Friction and Wear Test Machine

Friction and wear equipment that integrates two independent modules on a single frame: multifunctional high-temperature rotational friction and low-load reciprocating friction-wear. It evaluates the behavior of engineering plastics, ceramics, powder-metallurgy parts, sealing materials and alloys, as well as abrasive wear, under variable load, speed, friction torque and temperature. It supports face-type and pin-on-disc specimens, and testing in air, oil, water, slurry and abrasive media using a stainless-steel bath. The software automatically logs curves of friction coefficient, temperature, test force and speed against time.
