CL-100 FZG Gear Wear Test Machine

FZG-type gear test bench used to determine the scuffing load capacity and scuffing fatigue resistance of lubricating oils and gears. It has a closed power-loop structure with torsion-bar loading, a torque sensor that detects the motor's actual torque loss with online monitoring, and a circulating-water cooling system to run tests under different lubrication conditions. Computer acquisition displays and processes speed, temperature, time, torque and motor power, storing the results as curves or tables.
