Induction melting furnace coil made of hollow EC-grade copper sections, from 1 kg to 50,000 kg capacity. It connects to the circuit via flexible cables (water- or air-cooled depending on capacity) and is internally insulated with a crucible or cast refractory to protect it from the heat of the liquid metal. It is rigidly fixed with vertical tie-rods to prevent distortion from electromagnetic forces, with triple insulation: fiberglass tape, FRP tape and high-quality varnish.
