Induction Melting Furnace
SKU electroheat-induction-HORNO-FUSION-INDUCCION
Induction melting furnace built for speed, energy savings and consistent performance, with IGBT technology that delivers faster, more uniform melting with a lower environmental footprint. It uses electromagnetic induction to generate heat directly within the conductive metal charge, melting steel, iron, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, silicon, gold and silver. As a contactless heating method, it runs clean with no combustion gases, melts uniformly with precise temperature control, and produces less dust and emissions than traditional methods. A typical setup includes an IGBT-based power and control cabinet with real-time monitoring, and a dual-crucible coreless furnace assembly with a tilting system for continuous melting and pouring.

Steel-Frame Induction Furnace for Large Applications
SKU electroheat-induction-HORNO-MARCO-ACERO
High-capacity melting system with a steel frame to support larger crucibles and heavier loads, used in steel plants, foundries and metal recycling. It uses electromagnetic induction to melt metals, especially steel and high-density alloys, with minimal energy waste. Advanced systems (furnaces with magnetic shunts) use magnetic shunts to direct and concentrate the magnetic field around the coil, reducing eddy-current losses in the surrounding structural parts.

Silicon Carbide Crucible
SKU electroheat-induction-CRISOL-CARBURO-SILICIO
Crucible made from a chemically bonded silicon-and-carbon compound, molded into a heat-resistant vessel for repeated high-temperature use in ferrous and non-ferrous applications. It offers high mechanical strength, resistance to thermal shock, and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. Applications include melting aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and cast iron; melting gold and silver for jewelry, coin minting and metal refining; compatibility with high-frequency induction furnaces; and high-temperature lab use for materials testing and alloy development. It is a consumable product that wears with repeated use and is replaced periodically.

Cooling Tower (Dry Type)
SKU electroheat-induction-TORRE-ENFRIAMIENTO
Dry cooling tower that eliminates water consumption while delivering consistent performance, used to reject excess heat from processes or machinery into the atmosphere. Unlike wet towers (evaporative cooling), dry towers use only air to dissipate heat: hot process fluid circulates through coils or finned heat exchangers, ambient air passes over them absorbing the heat, and the cooled fluid returns to the process. It is a fully closed system, with no water evaporation or direct fluid-to-air contact (closed-circuit tower).

Power Transformer for Induction Furnace
SKU electroheat-induction-TRANSFORMADOR-POTENCIA-HORNO
Power transformer designed to supply induction and electric-arc furnaces. It operates through electromagnetic induction between a primary and a secondary winding around a shared magnetic core: alternating current in the primary winding generates a varying magnetic field that induces voltage in the secondary winding, stepping voltage up or down depending on the winding configuration. Unlike other transformer types — step-up, step-down, high-voltage or distribution — the furnace transformer is specifically engineered for fluctuating loads and high thermal resistance, as required by induction and arc-furnace operation in foundries and the metallurgical industry.

Induction Pipe Heating and Welding Equipment
SKU electroheat-induction-EQUIPO-CALENTAMIENTO-SOLDADURA-TUBERIA
Custom equipment for heating and welding pipe and tubing in pipe manufacturing plants. It provides direct, contactless material coupling for fast, uniform heating, minimal heat loss and precise temperature control. The product line includes induction pipe-welding equipment (welders, aluminum-tube heaters, tube heaters, weld preheaters, and welders for stainless steel and carbon tubing), induction heat-treatment equipment (seam annealing — dull and bright, pipe annealing heaters for stainless steel, austenitizing, quench and temper, normalizing and stress relief), and induction heating equipment (turnkey systems, steel elbow forging, pipe bending and forming, induction power supplies, and pipe-coating systems).

Induction Heating and Quenching Equipment
SKU electroheat-induction-EQUIPO-CALENTAMIENTO-TEMPLADO
An alternative to traditional furnace or convection/radiant-oven heating, induction heating and quenching equipment uses electric current rather than burning fuel to produce heat. There is no physical contact between the coil and the heated metal component, allowing more precise control and consistent results. It uses advanced IGBT technology and high-efficiency heating coils to cut energy use with minimal heat loss, and is supplied with material-handling systems customized to the customer's installation.

Mining Induction Smelting Furnace
SKU electroheat-induction-HORNO-FUNDICION-MINERIA
Induction smelting furnace built for continuous operation in demanding mining environments, designed to convert concentrates and precipitates — from the Merrill-Crowe process or electrowinning — into high-purity bullion. It delivers direct, efficient in-metal heating for fast, uniform melting, a flame-free process that prevents contamination, and customizable solutions for different metals and alloys. It incorporates water-cooled copper coils, rugged refractory linings, and medium-frequency power supplies that optimize electromagnetic stirring for uniform heating of the molten bath.
