The MVX v2.0 is a basic A-Scan thickness gauge capable of handling most advanced thickness applications, with RF, rectified, B-Scan and large-digit display options. An alphanumeric data-logging format with 4 GB of internal SD memory offers far more storage than needed, and custom setup features allow 64 definable setups per file, for as many files as required. It includes a transducer table for improved linearity, a one-button through-paint mode, multiple calibration and material-selection options, and an auto-find waveform function. Java-based DakView software for PC or Mac OS X rounds out the kit, along with a backlight (on/off/auto).
