DFX7 Flaw Detector
Dakota NDT · SKU dakota-ndt-DFX7
The DFX-7 is a versatile device that combines flaw-detector and thickness-gauge functions in a single unit, letting operators identify defects and measure material thickness accurately and efficiently — ideal for industrial applications where quality and precision are critical. Response is flat from 40 keV upward, with a normal background of approximately 4 CPM. It runs on a single 9-volt alkaline battery, with battery life of up to 2,000 hours at normal background radiation levels.
