Computer-controlled servo-hydraulic universal testing machine for tension, compression, bending and bend tests on metallic materials; with the right accessories it also covers wood, concrete, cement, rubber and cupping tests. It has a six-column frame — four guide columns and two screws — hydraulically actuated grips with drawer-type extraction, and a hydraulic power unit integrated into the frame itself, with no separate oil unit. A low-friction piston with a pressure cell and a servo valve are governed by a high-speed controller, with more than a thousand preconfigured test methods and closed-loop control of stress rate, strain and displacement.
