JB Series Pendulum Impact Testing Machine

Series of impact pendulums for determining the energy absorbed in the fracture of metallic and plastic specimens by the Charpy and Izod methods. The customer defines the configuration: impact potential energy, display type (analog dial, digital touch panel, or computer with software), control mode, and protection system. It has a high-rigidity frame and base, a reinforced pendulum arm to prevent oscillation after the test, angular measurement via a high-precision photoelectric encoder, and motorized pendulum lifting with clutch braking instead of a manual brake. The software reads energy, zero return, energy loss and number of oscillations, and stores and prints the results.
